We ensure the property is kept in hotel-standard condition during our agreement — no more worrying about your property being maintained.

You furnish the property (or at least fund the furnishing) and we manage everything else at a rate of 20–25% depending on volume. Homeowners take home on average 50–75% more than a long-term rental, with the confidence of knowing the property is well taken care of.
Lease Option
We rent the property from you at fair market value, furnish it, and rent it out to short-term guests. You receive automatic payments on the first of each month, and we make our profit on the short-term rates we can achieve.
